Our matcha is sourced straight from small family farms in Uji, Japan. Known for its centuries-old matcha-growing tradition. By working directly with farmers, we ensure unmatched freshness, quality, and authenticity in every cup.
How do I make matcha?
Sieve 1 or 2 grams ofYUMI matcha into a bowl, top with 60ml of lukewarm water. Whisk until matcha is dissolved and a foam starts to appear on top. Pour into a glass and top with ice and milk of your choice or into a mug and top with frothy hot milk of your choice.
What is the shelf life of your matcha?
Our matcha stays fresh for up to 1 year when stored in a cool, dry place away from light and heat.
For best flavor and color, we recommend consuming it within a few months of opening.
How do you store your matcha?
